  My coworker received a fridge (delivered to Bella Coola) that had to wait in his garage for 2 weeks for his kitchen to get refurbished. When the fridge was eventually opened, 4 large dents in the front door. Called the Brick to ask for help in resolving the issue and they said he should of never accepted the package if it was damaged. No support for issues and bad attitude with the employees. I now need a washer/dryer and will not be getting anything from The Brick Williams lake.

  We recently bought a stacking washer and dryer set here. When they delivered the pedestal 2 or 3 weeks after the machines themselves, the delivery driver told me as he approached my house "you know we don't install these right". Well I knew they don't hook up hoses etc because of the liability. But they wouldn't put the machines on top of the pedestals. According to him it was because it's too hard on their backs due to the size of the machines. I am 5' nothing, he is standing there telling me this and blaming the sales guy who handled our order - apparently he should have told me this before I even placed the order so we could arrange to have people to help us. He told me to call the assistant manager, which I did. The assistant manager told me that they don't install the machines on the pedestals because it's too time consuming, not because of the size/weight. He told me he would get back to me, or the sales guy we dealt with and help figure something out. My husband and I installed the machines on the pedestals and got it done in less than an hour. We require a bunch more furniture for our house. Rather than return to the Brick we are going elsewhere and will not step foot in this store again.

  Shopping for a new fridge, there was about 4 at the desk didn't say a thing to us but elderly sales rep dealing with a customer already said hi. 2 employees walked by us said nothing. So we bought a fridge else where far better service.

  My husband and I went the brick store in Williams lake to collect a dining set which we ordered online but unfortunately two of the chairs were broken and back ordered. Since we didn’t have time to wait for the arrival of the new chairs the staff and the store manger helped us with an alternative solution and gave us really good deal on some other purchases that we made. Highly recommend this place for furniture and appliances.

  When we moved back to BC last fall, we bought a new fridge, range, microwave over the range, Queen bed, washer and dryer and have since purchased a couple of tables and large ottoman. Sean and the staff have been awesome! Today we are looking at a new sofa. Best Brick we have ever dealt with.
