  Dr. Torabian is great, my only complaint about this dental clinic is that they overbook so if you're booked for a half hour the minute after that time frame dentist or hygienist is suppose to be with another patient so there is constant rushing and pressure put on everyone and they are constantly worried about time. They also take in emergency patients so sometimes you get bumped if it's not an emergency.

  My brother waited a couple weeks for an appointment for some cavities. When he got in, they fixed him up and sent him on his way. The next couple days he was saying they were still hurting, so we made another appointment and waited two more weeks. He gets in there and they say they weren't filled last time because they ran out of time! They never told him when he was there the first time that he would have to come back! They let this young man carry on thinking his teeth are fixed when they weren't! Incredibly disappointing.

  The staff are always pleasant. Dr. V has taken great care of my family over the years. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

  After waiting and calling a couple times for a visit for my daughter to get her wisdon teeth out post braces, we were still waiting after a month and we had been in in person to talk to them, for them to get her in. I know the evacuations didn't help but I would think dentistry would be an essential service and they can't even get their act together after its been open for almost 2 weeks. I'm disappointed in how unprofessional they are. 2 months later and my daughter's teeth are now shifting and she's in pain and they still don't have services.

  The dentist insisted on dental surgery but failed to get a proper estimate/quote from my insurance company prior to the procedure. After the procedure during bill it came to light that it wasn't completely covered leaving me with a large outstanding bill. It is their responsibility to work with insurance companies and to ensure their client's coverage. I will be moving to another dental office and I do not recommend Cariboo Dental Clinic.
